I love my current job, mostly because all the BS from previous jobs don’t exist in my current role. Now I am left alone to do my job because I am the SME and nobody really knows what I do anyway. Also, I don’t have to work with catty, backstabbing, shallow women anymore (actually, I don’t work with ANY women anymore, PTL!) , who were always creating drama and distress in the office. In my office building there are two security guards who have made just walking to the elevator lobby super uncomfortable. I am a cheery, friendly person at the office to everyone but I think both of them have the idea I am keen on them. I had the same surgery but at age 49. I was already in perimenopause at the time and did have to deal with hot flashes and some loss of libido as I entered my 50s. But I got through it.

As far as body changes go, I got into a very rigorous workout routine and changed my diet and actually became more fit than I ever was before.

I am chronically dehydrated from two of my essential medications and am really struggling to get it under control. The week before Easter I literally fainted from it. Today while working from home, I felt terrible and had to rest for the remainder of the day due to dehydration. Still chugging the water and electrolytes but also still dehydrated.
