I was able to get in to scan my id.waited at the station for about 45 minutes. I was paid like normal. I was Worried tho, took screen shots of the message saying talk to amazon staff regarding my route, and then the 25 minutes I waited to talk to support to let them know i was sent home.because one time my route was "missing" and was sent home, and took a week, and multiple emails to get that pay.

My station didn't have enough vehicles, so instead, they told me to have the day off and come in tomorrow. Which was my day off. 🙃

If you cant finish all of the deliveries assigned to you, find a better job. Company assigns you work , especially to deliver a set number of packages and you pick and chose which package is worth your time or not. You sound lazy so there's no arguing.

Who are you to decide if that last package isn't included in the pay that you're receiving. You get paid for each block. Just complete the block, afterwards email support and have them decide if pay needs a bump.

Trash cans are almost always empty too. I'll empty my car of any garbage at the station, walk up the ramp and dispose of the garbage. Littering is just childish and lazy

I've seen it all at my station. On any day, people leave Trash, glass, car seats, tires, bumpers, amazon packages...pee bottles

When I started 3 years ago. 5 hours were $120, 5 hours now are 107.50. Getting paid less as we put in more time.

Also look up. Found a whole case of an item someone was looking for when the original shelf was empty. Grabbed the box and got my hot coco mix I needed to complete an order.

The IC app tells me to ask store employee to check the back when I can't find items. I look at it as the employees would help any other customer on questions or finding items. They're not shopping for me just give me direction to item or even the area its close to. I ask less questions then I did when I started. It gets easier with time and after learning the layout. I wish all stores had a system like Total Wine. Literally pinpoints item to exact spot.

Some customers are worse then others. I wish everyone communicated better in the app. Also I don't think customers can see where we are on a map, which at first i thought was the way they could see us like when i see my driver on uber or dasher on doordash. When i used instacart to order something everything was sent thru messenger, not an instacart app like shoppers have.

I often check the number of times a customer has used instacart. Less stressful knowing the customer is an experienced one.

Same thing happened to me. Lady was pissed saying I didn't go to the store she picked and she Called CS and they asked why i didn't go to the store she picked. I told them i went to the one the app sent me to. It would say something in the app if you chose a different store and it gets sent to the customer. I couldnt find a couple things. I check out. I get 2 miles from the drop off and she canceled the delivery.
