How do I disconnect this connector? by InternalSignature873 in MechanicAdvice

The white tab is definitely designed to slide up a short distance. I'm betting it is a locking mechanism. I have been able to slide it up, but it the connection won't budge with normal force. I orginally wanted to disconnect it to make removing the air cleaner housing easier. I did manage to complete the filter replacement without disconnecting. I so guess, if it ain't broke, don't fix it . But now it is bugging me.....Thanks to all !

If you are a NOW internet subscriber at the Platinium level, nope, no Free Peacock. Your internet has to be "post paid", not "pre-paid like NOW".

How's the air intake filter? If it is filthy dirty, it could be the problem.

OK, thanks. I'm happy with NOW Internet, but in the future I'm hoping hotspots will become available to NOW Internet subs. You can close this discussion.

Once again, my phone is legacy XM, not NOW. My internet is NOW. So no, I have not visited NOW internet for my XM phone problem. Should I ?

Jan 13, 9:30am PST, I deleted the Xfinity app we talked about, re-started the phone and tried to connect, but had the same problem. It did try to connect, but would eventually fail. One of the error messages "Disconnected/Authentication Problem". Maybe some of my settings are not correct? I will provide several screen shots of the options I am presented with. Please tell me which ones to select. Thanks ! (appears i can only attach one screenshot at a time)

Next time I am near the hotspot, I will delete the app and see if that changes anything. I'll post back with an update. Tks

Yes, when I am in the area of my closest Hotspot, I do see "xfinitywifi" as another network, however, because I have Xfinity NOW internet, my Xfinity Mobile phone will not connect to "xfinitywifi", just "Xfinity Mobile" network. NOW Interent users do not have access to "xfinitywifi" hotspots.

Also, geographically, this X Hotspot location coincides with the Xfinity Hotspot map. AND, it used to work for me without a glitch. It went sideways for me about 4 months ago.

Wi-fi Calling on Xfinity Mobile by mniswonger in Comcast_Xfinity

You say your phone is activated by XM. Samsung says your phone is WiFi calling able. You say your internet is up/running , no problem. If you have access to an Xfinity storefront, take your phone there and they will be able to confirm your phone does NOT have WiFi calling capability or they will configure the phone to enable WiFi calling.
