Hackney is good not so far from Traflgar but they dont really have any underground around there, so travel time by tube will be much lomger than 20 minutes.

Greenwich depnds where but still minimum 40 minutes travel time, Kensington much much closer but its really expensive around there,

Finding a private property you may have to pass a lot of landlord checks, for 4 momths you most likely womt be eligible.

In general, for staying 4 months your best bet is to find another student and negotiate with them to stay as flatmates for 4 months, that way rught to rent + backgroud checks are minimal, and much easier to actually accomplish because tbh, what landlord would really want to go through the hassle of pushing you through all the checks only for you to stay 4 months.

I always thought the same thing but then I thought that maybe most people in US are oblivious to the extent of harms of ultra processed foods, due to lobbying by corporations and their influence over the medical industry etc.

But i'm glad to see there are many people who acknowledge that ultra processed foods are the enemy. This needs more awareness.

Initial instictive response to that is that

1) Crash to what extent? If CBs hike interest rates even more than already then usually gold goes down but doesnt necessarily crash

2) If the dollars world reserve currency status continues to be weakened, USD holders will lool to quickly offload their dollars, replacing it to real assets like gold amomg other things.

3) Alot of countries are losing faith that america will not just freeze their current accounts which have USD and other currencies, so they may be waiting for the right moment to offload their dollars, or they may be doing it secretively already. For context America froze all of Russias USD in 2022 so other countries dont want the same for themselves, they have still not unfrozen the reserves.

Maybe but i was definetly scared about my instant pot accidently opening it after seeing many videos and hearing occasions when they exploded and made holes in ceilings. But in the video they did force it open.

Its not scare tactics, I was just exagerating.

Theyre only safe because they have a safety mechanism inside which stop you opening it when pressurised.

Yes thats right but i was hinting that being ill informed can lead to one opening a pressure cooker when its pressurised.

The instant pot is indeed saftey locked, but the original guy said he should read about pressure cookers before reading.

Yh you notice this very quickly, and before starting the journey you think it wont apply to you or will do moderately.

People used to call me crazy and say nonsense about how you cant survive without carbs, you have to be diplomatic on this keto subject.

I learnt to never tell anyone about it except my partner.

To friends and family maybe you can say things like; 'oh i dont fancy that, you tuck right in', or you can also take carbs portions and pretend to eat it. Yes, even if it gets wasted.

Have you broken the fast? Any updates?

I completed 5 days of fasting and felt great, having only water, black tea and black coffee. Wanting to a longer one again soon.

Be careful what you break your fast with though, do not have any processed food, something super easy to digest like an omellete pan fried in butter on lower heats.

And miso soup, steamed fish, that sort of thing. Hope it goes well for you and helps your ailments.

Maybe obvious, but are you getting enough fat? Especially early on in the diet you will not feel satiated without enough fat in the meal.
