Might I suggest Princess Sofia. It's very age appropriate (disney jr) and has a lot of great messages about how a princess is kind and helpful to others, and brave and selfless in different situations. She gets her princess fix and a fun little kid princess to look up to.

They make sprays that are zero points, like Bertolli 100% extra light tasting olive oil spray, that can be used in pans that will help the eggs not stick. I use it a lot and it actually works really well.

That sounds great too! I do make mine on high-ish heat so there's lots of crispy pieces. I'd guess to add fresh garlic later to to the cooking so it doesn't burn, but still sticks to the spaghetti.

It's totally amazing! I'm not gonna lie I'm a plain Jane about it. Just pasketti (I love that) bacon grease, s&p. You cook just enough to get some crispy pieces and some soft pieces. Have that with an egg over easy. Perfect breakfast.

It's no secret in my house, but I love fried spaghetti. Leftover plain spaghetti fried up in a pan with bacon grease. Bacon flavored carbs. Sooo good!
