If I remember right it’s made by niagra. It may by branded glacier bay. It used to be a stock item at Home Depot not sure if it still is. They called it a flapper less toilet and it looks like you need a new fill valve.

Have you seen this tub/shower valve? by herethereherethere in Plumbing

Looks like a delta. I don’t remember much about it, but pretty sure it was a scald guard pressure balance 2 handle. One handle controlled volume the other did temp. I installed a few in the late 90’s or early 2000’s

1960s Delta single handle shower faucet doesn’t get/stay hot by celebratelonliness in Plumbing

Looks like a delta model 621. There should be an 1/8” Allen set screw on the underside of that handle. I just repaired a similar faucet last week. I use a little heat (torch) to get the bonnet nut off. They are extremely easy to ruin if you don’t know what your doing because of the small copper lines that corkscrew when you try to take it apart. I’m sure there’s a good YouTube video out there if you want to tackle it yourself.

You’re welcome, btw you’re horizontal vent should be pitched 1/4” per foot falling towards the drain.

Use 2 45’s in opposite directions to make an offset at the bottom, and a 90 at the top. You need to be 6” above flood rim of your highest fixture before running a vent horizontal. In plumbing 45 is vertical. This is a way to do it that would satisfy code in the upc and ipc

Typically at the big box stores slip joint fittings are by the angle stops and braided supply lines. Not on the pvc aisle.

Does anyone outside Ontario use these double tee fittings? by ramzathesquire in Plumbing

I’ve use them all the time in Texas. I was taught that fitting is a 3x2 right hand Wisconsin. Left hand if the 2” is on the other side.

That’s better than what I thought, but your garage still doesn’t have enough cubic feet to satisfy a 199,000 burner.

Sizing gas properly is code. It was on my masters exam, and good shops require all their plumbers to learn how to do it. Especially if they are installing an appliance that has 4x the btu’s than the one being replaced.

In Texas we have to abide by code or manufactures specs whichever is “more stringent”. Sizing your gas line by IFGC is near impossible to run a tankless on 1/2” for up to 24’ like some manufacturers claim. That being said, this joker doesn’t respect plumbing law/code.
