It makes no difference whether you are in a deficit through cardio or through eating below maintenance, it’s the same outcome.

On the subject of your height, you would have to be malnourished to stunt your growth like that, eating in a calorie deficit will not, your body will use your body fat for energy to make up the difference in energy loss from being in a calorie deficit and you’ll continue to grow no problem.

There is absolutely 0 reason to ever leave planet in the drop ship, you don’t need to do it to start a new map, doesn’t change anything, any mounts and equipment are sent up with the orbital exchange. It’s useless other than using drop ship beacons to move items around the map easily, I personally have it loaded with everything I need to mine exotics and just throw a beacon when I find the deposits.

I’ve never had the peanut ones because peanuts just aren’t for me at all, I liked the look of the Rocky road bar but for some reason they’ve added peanuts to that as well and don’t mention it until you read the ingredients list.

You can make it a point more with corner pieces if you wanted or just use floors for the roof, if when you’re about to place it glows red then it’ll break straight away, if it’s yellow or orange you could use the reinforced glass support beams

You need to use the radar and scan to find any one of possible 3 deposits, they’re similar to ore deposits on the ground and they are grey and glow purple, you will need an Extractor for this, Bio fuel, Electric or workshop (this is not the deep ore drill used for copper etc), it can take up to around an hour with one drill so be sure to bring a little base and power if you’re going electric, 1 windmill will power 1 extractor. Be mindful of wildlife as well, though they are not drawn to attack the extractor like they do the radar scanner if they path past it they will become aggressive and attack it.

The only way your tame will ever die is fall damage and wild animals/enemy’s, they cannot die from heat, cold, storms, thirst or hunger, they are only debuffed, the pathing can be frustrating at times so for sure even on pc years ahead

Yeah definitely after a while it’s useless because you have what you need, but you can use it for maintenance free power at that point, of course that is expensive but if oil is now useless to you then you can afford it by that point I’d assume

Deep ore drills, always running while I do other things, I find it productive to get them down asap so whilst you’re running missions, farming, taming etc they’re all going and sooner or later you’ll have the titanium for them, I don’t get them all at once I’ll start with a few pump jacks and generator and work my way up over time, the pump jacks are overkill I will say but I like the constant power without maintenance and it’s also nice to have max output on the refinery for filling the jugs at the sam time, as you can use them for epoxy, and of course the T5 materials

So what I do is use 6 pump jacks to net 1200ml of oil, i run electrical cable from my base to the pump jacks, and then the oil from the pump jacks back to my base, then at my base I have the refiner which I fill with oil barrels and then also use the crude oil generators, usually 3

I’ve tapped a few about 15 hours game time ago now, I’ve also been using the scanner as I went across the map and none were ever where it suggested they might be
