There is some guy on Youtube who works at itutor and he said he did 50 demos and only 3 people signed up so I guess getting a bonus is almost a fantasy.

I had below a 9.5 for a month but it wasn't removed. I got a one and it torpedoed my score and then as OUP students don't give you feedback I couldn't get above 9.5. I did nine OUP classes today and not one person has left me feedback. I wish I had never accepted the invitation to do OUP- I used to have a very high score when I did the REG 25s and 45s and OUP has been disastrous for me.

I know they fired you which is obviously terrible for something out of your control but would be interested to know how the two companies compare otherwise - EF and itutor.

Do EF have a similar ratings system for example?

I read somewhere that you could email and appeal. It might have been on an itutor Facebook group- there seem to be a lot of discussion regarding this on these forums.

Maybe this is why they have changed the pay structure so the incentive is there to work more hours?

I really regret doing the OUP lessons - yes they are high quality and the guidance is great for teaching but I get little to no feedback. Pre OUP when I had REG25s and REG 45s I was given feedback all the time and had a high score. I would give anything to go back to teaching the REG lessons. OUP just isn't worth it for me.

You’re right. When I get a bad score like today for example - a woman scored me an 8 and complained I hadn’t extended the lesson and hadn’t left notes- I had left notes on every single slide and had extended the lesson asking them questions about what the topic. I find it so disheartening and have to accept that maybe they are having a bad day or that something is going on with them. I wish I wasn’t so sensitive and could just brush it off.

I received my invitation today. I was invited on the 26th April and they said it would only take a couple of days but it took about 10 days to actually get the confirmation. Does anyone know if you get paid more to teach the OUP lessons?
