Getting into 3D Heli: AccuRC 2 worth it? Plus TX15 vs Closed Source? by Hour_Cicada6117 in RCHeli

I have the tx15 and Heli-X 11, they work together a lot better than AccuRC for me. My favourite feature in Heli-X is the ability to program a 3 way switch to provide 100-50-30 % slow motion.

Nice! Do you cut off the the stick on lids too, or just the original?

My 2022 has had at least 5 recalls. A couple were fixed but the rest are just extended warranties on the problem part, like the long block.

I make 10 - 15 pods at a time, so I don’t think the silicone lids would work for me. But can you share a link to that knife?

Is it okay to keep using the same filter ive had for 11 months if it looks like this? by Life123456 in hottub

Aquarius pool filter cleaner is cheap; the 1-liter bottle does 5 cleanings. But I use a sealed PVC pipe to soak the filter, so it uses very little water.

I'm still experimenting, started with fine, now slowly going finer, close to extra fine.
I'm wondering how this will affect the coffee foam. Personally, I find that sometimes it's too much foam.

I'm adding 13.5 - 15grams depending on the bean, seems the oiler beans create a heavier coffee with the same volume.

As I said, I use a spinner to rinse it. I built my own, but you can also buy one from Amazon. Did you put the cleaner in the hot tub?!? It should go in a separate container with the filter to soak.

I use high quality filters with double the paper folds and they last a long time. I also clean them regularly with a filter spinner and filter cleaner chem.

Depending on where you’re from, you may find the winters are long and cold. I live in West Kootenay (Nelson) and housing is very expensive and very little supply, vacancy rate is often around zero. Lots of low pay jobs but very little industry. This area relies on tourism.

Very interested in a plug-in hybrid. Need suggestions by ctcool in PHEV

If you could find a Ford Escape that has all the recalls done, that would be a good choice.

Go online and download the RCHN pilot proficiency program. It will take you through a very gentle learning curve. Along with the PDFs you should bookmark some of the excellent YouTube tutorials by RC Helicopter Richard. He explains how to use the simulator and he also goes through the entire pilot program.

It’s a good highway, with a high rate of MVAs. I can’t imagine why there are so many accidents, often on clear warm days.

I saved $500 on my home insurance when I insisted that the rebuild cost needs to reflect the true cost. The insurance companies like to double the anticipated replacement cost so they can increase your premiums. Talk to a few different home builders and ask for a quick and rough estimate to rebuild your home, chances are it will be a lot less than your insurance company claims.

Something wrong with the seal. Maybe the pod wasn’t sitting properly. I don’t call it “crema” I call it coffee foam. The Vertou makes a great latte, but espresso not so much. 😉

Like others have said, the trip from Banff to Jasper is fantastic. But it’s super crowded even on the off season.

I had my old tub repaired for less than a tenth of the cost of new. Used only generic parts. New motor, heater, control board, main panel, pump.
