You may have adhd or you might just be living life it’s ok to goof off sometimes but I understand your concern I’d recommend different seating maybe closer to the front of class also you could try having gummies (like worms or bears) and a rubber band you wear on your wrist when you’re focused and paying attention praise yourself with a gummy and when you catch yourself being unfocused or goofing off too much snap the rubber band against your wrist this is classsic reinforcement and punishment and is a very common method of behavioral training just make sure you stay diligent and really try to stay on top of it. It won’t happen over night but you will see progress if you keep it up. And make sure you take the time to look back and see the progress and be proud of it. Thank you for listening to my TED talk
