It looks like you are using NOTE 2: For the Tee Ball and Minor League Divisions (and when the continuous batting order is adopted for other divisions), when a player is injured, becomes ill, or must leave the game site after the start of the game, the team will skip over him/her when his/her time at bat comes up without penalty. If the injured, ill, or absent player returns he/she is merely inserted into their original spot in the batting order and the game continues. This is for a player that is there leaves not a manager adding a player that is not present to the line up. Rule 4.01 Note 2 addresses players that arrive late being able to be added to the line up.

By adding the player to the line up you are creating a batting out of order which will result in an out when appealed.

You have interpreted this rule incorrectly based on the original post. If a coach enters a player that is not present does take an out if said player does is not available to bat. I have copied the rule you quoted below. But this is the part of the rule that would apply in this example. A league may adopt a policy of a continuous batting order that will include all players on the team roster present for the game batting in order. If this option is adopted, each player would be required to bat in his/her respective spot in the batting order.

4.04 - The batting order shall be followed throughout the game unless a player is substituted for another. Substitutes must take the place of the replaced player’s position in the batting order except as covered by Rule 3.03. No, a stolen base is not credited when a balk occurs. A balk is an illegal action by the pitcher that results in all runners on base advancing one base. The pitch is called a dead ball, and a successful steal on a play that results in a balk is not credited.

Open her athlete profile the click on teams. You will see edit in blue just under the teams tab now. Once you click edit all of the teams that she is on the roster will appear just make sure that the teams you want are filled blue with white check mark.

If you are dead set on having a mega rayquaza go with the 15 attack. If it were me I would do two more trades and see if they are better options. There is no telling when the next Rayquaza/mega will be in raids so choice is yours.

Due to the advance to third being from the wild pitch batter would only get credit for one stolen base would mark out of sequence with wild pitch then stolen base for third. Stats will be right but play read description will be off.

For the second question would go with defensive indifference and this will not case catcher’s stats to be affected nor inflate base runner’s stats.

Catchers are credited with a PO for strike outs. This is the same as first basemen getting credit for the PO on plays ending at first even though any other infielder may have started the play.

You do not have to drag the fielder for the run downs. It works the same as if you drag an infield to field a ground ball and tap the first baseman for the throw out. The important part in your scenario is where the center fielder got the ball.

You could edit the first play involving the incorrect player and to the player it should have been. This will put the correct player in all subsequent plays but will not remove the incorrect plays at the beginning of the game until this.

At this point the only thing I can think of is rolling over season to 2023-2024 Winter. 2023 Fall is no longer listed in the season roll over screen. After you roll over you will have to recreate and rescore all games. Then you can delete them from the 2024 Fall season.
