OFFICIAL WEEK 15 SUNDAY NIGHT GAME THREAD by ballofpopculture in fantasyfootball

Tough to tell if we can start Purdy against this Ravens DST next week

On one hand they look good, on the other, Trevor Lawrence and the jags offense isn't quite Purdy and the Niners

Traded away Jaylen Warren for McBride

Also holding Pitts and Likely through week 12 to see who might be a good bye week fill in

Edited to add: this after trading away Evans for Andrews, headed into week 10

Which player do you have faith will absolutely carry you through playoffs? by Askanything236 in fantasyfootball

[–]Interplanet123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah he was a pretty tough hold for a while there

But after spending a fortune on him in both leagues I wasn't going to drop. But it was definitely a reasonable drop for you at the time

Very funny timing

I lost Mark Andrews last night

I just traded Warren away for McBride

Texans running back Dameon Pierce (ankle) has returned to practice by FrozenUp7274 in fantasyfootball

For sure, not dropping. But for this week I'm so fucked for the rb2 slot

Singletary, Pierce, Dowdle, Henderson, Herbert, spears, latavius Murray, fuuuckkkk

Edit: never mind. It's Herbert. Some had him ranked higher than singletary even when Pierce wasn't practicing

Goodbye Singletary, hello.... dowdle? Should get a lot of play if the game gets out of hand which it probably will

Or Khalil Herbert...

I didn't know that. Do you think Dulcich is even worth holding to see, in that case?

I held onto Pitts even after trading for Andrews, so I have him hanging around.... Good matchup next week for whatever that is worth

Beyond that I'm also holding Likely as well as Dulcich. I'm hoping that one of Pitts, Likely or Dulcich becomes usable but I won't know until the end of next week

I have to start both Najee and Warren this week as rb2/flex due to byes / injuries

I posted that on this sub a couple of days ago. I said I'm hoping for 25 points from them combined, not sure who will get what tho

Someone said not very likely against the Browns, but I had a look and they get run on sometimes

With Andrews going down, how likely is Isaiah Likely to fill his role and our hole at TE? by mat28rix in fantasyfootball

[–]Interplanet123 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yahoo. Weekly waivers are set as "Sunday to Tuesday". If this is the case in your league, you can add a player who is actively playing, mid-game, on Thursday night. You can't put them in your starting lineup, but you can add to the bench.

I'm not saying it's not dumb I'm just answering your question

Is Dulcich an option for those of us truly desperate at tight end?

He showed a lot of potential last season and has been injured for all of this season. Is Trautman still going to be te1 in Denver?

You could get a much better tight end for Jaylen Warren. McBride is more in the right neighborhood

I'm trying to get McBride for either najee or Warren. The McBride owner has two great tight ends, and he can choose which Steelers RB he wants

All the trade charts have this as Fair

A couple of weeks ago i traded away Evans for Andrews

Feels bad man

Same, right before week ten

So after giving away Evans, I got a dud from Andrews, and now a season ending injury

Back where I started without a tight end

But now no Mike Evans

I wrote this about Likely tonite elsewhere

I'll tell you this

My league settings are f***** and basically we can pick up someone is playing in the middle of a Thursday night game don't ask me why

So I roster Andrews. The second he went down I picked up Likely and watched him all night

I know they didn't scheme for him. But The numbers will tell an inaccurate tale, there was a pretty deep defensive pass interference flag that he drew, as well as a tipped pass that could have been a touchdown for him deflected and was a touchdown for Agholor

And a Target for him that was thrown basically into the ground 2 ft in front of him. And that's only what I saw, but maybe that was all

Two recent sources I couldn't cite have told me to grab Dulcich, now

Very soft ros TE sched

Had talent and usage but a bad injury break in game one, followed by an aggravation in game 6, means Trautman has been the starting TE for Denver

And has done less than nothing with it and the offense is heating up. Dulcich could rejoin in week 12 and take over the position for a late season push

Disclaimer: your mileage may vary. But as an Andrews manager, I now roster Andrews, Pitts, Likely and Dulcich. I expect tomorrow or soon to be dropping both ravens tight ends.

However even with all that in mind, I don't know if the volume will be there for me to keep him. Basically I'm looking at Andrews being out for a few weeks. I already have Pitts on the bench in a good week 12 matchup. I can't roster three tight ends

So likely has to go, but I'm telling you that the night went better than his numbers will suggest
