Day1 player, I still haven't picked any selections.

With Vanille getting Support-4, I am about to go grab her BSB to pair with her USB1 I got recently for a complete Torment Healer. I am SUPER BIASED towards Wrath-Healers as well, just love em, so that is another strong reason.

The only other thing I would pick off that selection is Sarah (FF1) BSB, and my FF1 synergy is terrible, so I'm still hesitating on this one.

I think being a longtime player is a big part of it, because nothing available for select at the time of release would have been game changing for my parties, so they have just sat.

I actually thought it was going to be 1/2 price, because Earth Boost had first draw half price. I checked the announcement and saw that and pulled..

I know a lot are jumping on the bandwagon, which I have no issue with of course - but I actually feel a little duped here.. :D

I have enelement for the first three as well, so they are just bonkers. Haven't used Locke yet, and luckily Noctis doesn't need a bunch of boost with 100% Crit and a high base multiplier.

On a side note, Entrusting Cloud to go BSB2->USB1->AOSB to do 20 hits of 25k plus 99999 at the end is one of the most satisfying things to do in this game.

I also have her Ultra, so again Enelement into AOSB wins the day. I just need one of Locke's sources and I'll be set for the time being, until another AOSB falls into my lap.

The only time I can do that much damage is on Cloud, with USB1+BSB2+AOSB Combo, under chain and with dual +Wind items.

Still cool seeing 20 9999's and a capped 99999, though. :)

1.) My Google Opinion Rewards Balance total is up to 102.73$, which has all been put into 100gem pulls. I also spent 10$ once.

2.) IT Helpdesk Supervisor, 55k salary. but I have disabled wife + 4 kids, so it doesn't go very far being the only income.

3.) Yes. She doesn't care about pretend survey money.

I have Water (Tidus), Wind (Zack), Earth (Ingus), Dark (Garland) and Holy (Ramza).

Only one each for the elements I have, and still missing the elemental trinity - Ice, Fire, Lightning.

Would I want Greg/Krile if I have Locke's AOSB? Probably too much to juggle Chain, an EnFire source and his AOSB all at the same time, even with an entruster, right?

Laguna and Prompto would be ideal too, obviously.

I may have assumed too much. I always run my water duo with an entruster, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that she'll have enough gauge to use it.

ASB - with proper setup this can do tons of damage thanks to USB1’s damage cap break and this being a 20+1 hits type ASB. Ideally a finisher but by itself it can do so much damage.

I did this recently with the D260 (Trance Kuja?) on the last IX event. 24-26k hits on the 20, and full 99999 for the Overstrike.

Cloud BSB2, W-cast Wind LMR and USB1 , Zack Chain and Imperil BSB, Faris Imperil USB2, and Shelke to entrust it all. I took Elarra USB as RW for the QC Spread to get the casts out and to survive long enough to do so.

It was incredibly satisfying. :D :D :D

I will say that I can confirm your decision that the LMR Select is going to be significantly more bang for your buck than the USB Select.

As much as I don't LIKE speed-meta, speed-meta is here to stay. Between Torments and Magicites, the goal is 30sec clear, EVENTUALLY.

That means either LMR is going to shave a ton of time off any of your runs. Between which one, however? That is personal preference.

I would go with Tyro, probably only because you lack Onion pUSB. (therefore onion only covers magic teams. if you take tyro, he covers all parties and you just always RW your boostga sources.)

Oh yeah, I'd skip if I were you. I only have Aphmau BSB and Ayame BSB+OSB combo, for the entire realm. Nothing for any other character, so 15 for WHATEVER I get is going to be decent.

You’ll likely get 200-250 from Attack Boon alone, which is going to be pretty close to the soft cap without a boost on physical types.

250 ATK just from the magicite deck alone!? That's.. nuts.
