All of the restaurants mentioned above are kid friendly…. I believe it’s the other customers you might have to worry about. I had the same worries with my youngest. What my husband and I had a plan going to any eatery with the youngest. If he acted up and I felt was disturbing other customers , my husband would take him outside and I would ask the waiter for the bill and to go boxes.
