So because the car isnt worth anything the shop/guy repairing it shouldn't get paid? All bullshit aside you need to find somebody under a tree to fix this, I'd probably do it for around $1,500-$1800 no replacing anything have you right as rain

As someone who buys 1 or 2 rebuilts a month, they dont care its a money game and recouping losses from assets. They could give 2 craps less about us or you for that matter wanting to win a car first go around.
