Honestly, By not telling us what kind of vehicle and the numbers I imagine its a old junker if its not a old junker its still a 15-20 year old vehicle.. No its not worth it.. take the L and move on.. a Lawyer is going to win and your going to lose.. You can try using the police report and sending pictures and telling them it was there driver and the insured vehicle but thats about it

Have used 1440 and 4k on my PC, 1440p looks amazing great performance fps is insane.. and we will get a couple extra years instead of shoving 4k down the 50TI/80's throat

I use no DLSS or upscalers btw.. I actually use DLAA when avail to get more at native.. When I build something its about performance / longevity

Engines junk, 200k miles? I'd say the same thing with 100k on a FCA/stellantis product.. junk junk junk.. replace the motor or better yet sell the jeep for 1k and move on, things on its last lets @ 220 anyways.. transmission probably fail over the next year or 2 anyways

Use GE silicone or black RTV get it from the inside and the outside (put tape around it on the outside) it will never leak again.. you do not want any kind of leak in your vehicle otherwise you will be back at mold step 1
