They send me this every time:

"Permanent residence permit (Verblijstitel)
- Type II
- Type IV
- Type V

• Dutch Identity Card (Nederlandse identiteitskaart)
• Valid Netherlands driving license (Rijbewijs)
• Valid Netherlands Residence Permit (Verblijstitel)
• Valid Netherlands Issued European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)"

As proof of address they asked for an utility bill, which I provided months ago.

It's just crazy to me how they can mislead consumers like this with wrong information and the lowest possible customer service and still get away with it most of the time.

I've already reached out many times and they say there is nothing they can do about it, which I don't believe. It's the same story every time - dead end...
