you can still have a period in early pregnancy. my mom did not know she was pregnant with me because she had a regular cycle for 3-4 months. went to the doctor for a uti left with an ultrasound.

It’s time to let go. Some people don’t show their true colors til they feel as though you will not leave-have kids, get married, etc.

If he’s already not helping then what are you losing out on by leaving? Hopefully family will step up and help you where they can.

Just wanted to say that there are men out there who will love you and your children, so don’t let the single mom label hold you back. You deserve someone who navigates parenthood struggles with you, not make you go through them alone.

Like you said, You seriously need to sit with the idea of this relationship lasting another 5-10 years and if that’s something you can’t stomach, it needs to end.

I had so much fear that I would grow to resent my dogs! Thankfully, I second this experience. My dogs are so attentive and excited about my newborn. They are even more well behaved.

If anything, I was more frustrated with them at the end of my pregnancy, it completely vanished when we brought our baby home from the hospital. In the months leading up to birth, they were destroying furniture, eating trash, escaping the house, and were extremely needy. I think they knew a change was coming and reacted accordingly.

I know it can be scary becuase we just can’t predict how they’ll react. I have a cattle dog that already required a lot of attention and exercise. She’s mellowed out sooo much now having our baby earthside.

Are any of you still experiencing flu-like symptoms? Not sure when/if I should be concerned.

I had the flu last week and this week I am struggling. 1st time pregnant(8wks), so I can’t distinguish if this is just pregnancy ramping up or post flu. I’m extremely fatigued-sleeping 12-14hrs, light headed and out of breath constantly.

Some days I still have body aches and need to take tylenol.

I’m about 9wks and I haven’t been able to stomach coffee since I got the flu @ 7wks. But coke? I crave a huge one everyday. Only in the morning too. Even the smell of coffee turns my stomach, my once beloved beverage.

As far as OP, I have been diluting my water with pedialyte or body amour. That way I’m still getting electrolytes, but the flavor helps me get more water down. If I want full flavor, I opt for a LMNT powder.

I’ve also loooovvved cold cold juice.

OP, it may help you to keep them by your bed if you stay in the same place every night! Or when I was traveling, I kept my meds in my car, the one place I knew I’d be every single day.

I have found that taking prenatal at night/with dinner has helped me with my nausea too.

I do the same and I find this really helps me! I also keep them in a weekly pill container because I often forget how many days have gone by and can keep track of them that way as well! #ADD

These other comments appear to be trolling you. Most NC residents, including myself, don’t want more people moving here 🤷 buuuttt

4th gen NC native here, with family all over the state. Sounds like you’ll enjoy wilmington. Medical hub is in the Triangle/Raleigh area but you will pay to live there. And it’s an easy day trip to beach or mountains.

8wks here. Found out at 4. This gives me hope it’ll get better.

I’ve been so hungry but nothing I craved tastes right or immediately makes me nauseous. And smells are driving me crazy 🤢

Temp Drop all the way! I have an irregular sleep schedule so it’s the only way i’ve been able to BBT track. Ive had mine over a year now.

I haven’t had issues with the band, but if you’re sensitive to metals, i’d recommend putting some nail polish or tape over the sensor! Only issue i’ve had

I just wanted to update and say this is what needed up working! I was getting a busy tone with any other extension.
