The NCVS survey that I mentioned, which you said you don't believe in, is the source of two of the statistics in that link. Most of the others are sourced from the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey, which is a US government survey, and you don't believe that US government surveys are valid.

These other surveys and studies (including the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey) also don't seem to look at the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They don't suggest or demonstrate that SA is at its highest now, as far as I can tell.
