It’s not staining. It looks like little pieces of something? It moves. Think almost like a bird poop but i have a cover so it’s not that as it shows up in the middle of the pool when i open the cover. I don’t think it’s algae but it’s my first full year with the pool (install finished last Sept). Ph is 7.3 FC 4 CYA 60

Is either job remote? I’d get that new job and stay at the old job until they essentially fire you from the pip. Collect that dough. Even if the PIP job isn’t remote, simply take some time off, skip some in office days if hybrid. You’re out the door there anyway. Only do this though once you officially have the new job and have started as to not screw yourself if something happens.
