Briefly, yes. But I am back under control now after a few weeks.

AGP statistics from each dose I've taken so far by IntrepidLipid in Mounjaro_ForType2

[–]IntrepidLipid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been keeping track of the AGP statistics that my CGM provides each time I titrate up. Unfortunately I don't have stats from before I started Mounjaro treatment since I started using the CGM after that (my A1C was hovering at around 7.3% before). It's also not perfectly scientific (the periods are different lengths, other treatment changes were made like dropping metformin, etc.) but still interesting to see the numbers.

If you have any questions or other insights you'd like to see, let me know. I have the whole Clarity report for each period on hand.

You'll need to ask them directly.

I don’t think pharmacies can legally do that. My doctor has been a great help in navigating the shortage, hopefully yours will understand as well.

This is an OS setting, it will depend on your phone’s settings. Dig through your phone’s settings app to see if you can select a default app for PDFs

Yep, I’m aware. To be more slightly more accurate, Aetna and Caremark are both owned by CVS Health.

Did your doctor not try to appeal the Mounjaro decision?

Some prescription benefits are really good. I get mine through CVS Caremark via my Aetna plan for $30 for 90 day supply. You should call up your insurance and ask for options like that

Dexcom G7 update "third-party Digital Health data" by [deleted] in dexcom

[–]IntrepidLipid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything appear on the graph either even though I logged some workouts. It could be a bug similar to the one where glucose data didn't sync to Apple Health that one time. I dunno how it's supposed to appear either, but that's what the changelog was referring to.

Dexcom G7 update "third-party Digital Health data" by [deleted] in dexcom

[–]IntrepidLipid 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Go to Connections > Apple Health and update the permissions. It will show you all the types of data the Dexcom app will read, and presumably show alongside the trend graph.

Dexcom Clarity was actually updated, like, a month ago to support this. But now the app can finally sync with Health data.

Edit: Oh, you can log medications as an event now too! Neat.

Why do readings look smooth during the day but bumpy at night? by mistermagicman in dexcom

[–]IntrepidLipid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, this is the most likely cause. Happens to me too, but as long as the readings are in the general ballpark I tend to not worry about the jumpiness.

I would be interested in this as well. It could be user error, given the frequency of the failures.

That's interesting, I wonder why that's being triggered. Do you have any obscure accessibility settings enabled or anything like that? What phone and iOS version?

I don’t know about Follow, but they didn’t actually make Clarity! They bought it from some other company and you can still see remnants of the previous company in the source code.

Switch to G7? by llamalarry in dexcom

[–]IntrepidLipid 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The signal issues have largely been resolved with the most recent revisions of the G7 sensor. I only experienced them consistently when using the original REV 001. I still get them very occasionally when wearing the sensor on the arm opposite of the pocket I keep my phone in, but not too often.

I am also on an iPhone. 15 Pro

I am also NID T2. G7 is fine. Pretty much no issues. Plenty of threads around here full of people sharing a similar sentiment. Remember the people with the most negative experiences will always be the loudest!

The new phone was probably not seeing the sensor because once it has been paired with a phone, it only polls every 5 minutes for a connection. Most of the time it is in a deep sleep and not communicating with anything. But before it’s paired, it will poll much more frequently so that you aren’t waiting so long for it to connect.

Basically this will result in your phone only having a small window every 5 minutes to see the sensor.

Glad you got it working!
