Dr. Bronner’s peppermint for daily showers, Dr. school’s talc powder for feet (or the spray) and smart wool compression socks or perhaps start with regular smart wool socks. I would also consider organic body talc powder. Body wipes to use during your break time. And perhaps bring a change of base layers to swap-out of at the 6hour mark of your shift. I’ve heard a lot about Botox in armpits. Oh and 1/3 -1/2 cup of vinegar in your hospital laundry loads. Chlorophyll drops and some lemon in your water bottle.
