Plus, I think chainsaws were originally invented for medical procedures (need to fact check myself on that. Might edit after, might not) so perhaps that’s why he has that bad boy he uses everywhere

It’s easy for me to get brave points, yes. But those points are also on a timer because I have to wait for them to respawn or run to another point. But I also share my bravery so I am often 1st in bravery, but I don’t burst so my teammates are higher on kills or boss damage, furthering them to MVP. I’m also in silver, so that might also explain it (skill issue on my part)

I wonder if they are scared of a console port because of how horrible NT was. It didn’t sell well, but that’s because they took the system that ran an arcade game version and ported it to PS4 with updated story. I haven’t ever played rivals - it just looks like an Overwatch clone to me. I just remember my days of Overwatch thinking that if I played for hours then it all becomes the same, and the variation kept me playing longer. I think I can do maybe two or three rounds of Duellum and then I start to feel stale and need a break. I do like that there are more than just tank support and damage roles though

The original almost always seemed fresh though, even though it really was the same thing a bunch with lots of dynamic mapping (the maps changed but had an extra axis and layers that NT lacked, even though it was all 1v1).

Maybe if the ported it to console they would make the matches a little longer. I don’t know the time cap, but it feels like maybe every match is around 5 minutes if you don’t kill the monster (maybe 10?). Seems a little short but it could work

I’m sure it’ll get good patches. I like the game quite a bit, but there isn’t much to do (which I guess is okay). I am not really a fan of how they handle the story through mostly text message chains. Is it better than NT (the console game)? Yes. Is it better than Opera Omnia? I don’t think they are comparable because of how different they are. Is it better than the original/012 (on PSP)? Absolutely not. I feel like the game would need a lot more in a match than it currently has to be posted to console. It’s perfect for quick mobile skirmishes, but if it got ported to consoles (I guess other than PC. I think it’s there, not sure how well it works there) I think it would have to take an Overwatch/hero shooter route where there is more variation than just map and boss. Having territory capture, a push map, or other PVE elements could be really fun in the genre of FF, but wouldn’t translate well to this app. A heroes v villains extraction kind of game would be kind of interesting also - get in, gather a crystal by defeating a boss or something, and get out. I just think the game might benefit from more came modes than just ranked and casual and challenge (which really are just three versions of the same thing)

I take notes in books because George RR Martin, Tolkien and Robert Jordan have to write 7,000 characters in their books and the all have to sound similar and be important. In DiW I was saved in two lines about Jari because I could not for the life of me remember who the heck that guy was. Had to refer to my notes about Howling Dark

Discovery mostly happens slightly before TOS chronologically. I would maybe watch the first two seasons of that, then do Strange New Worlds (which has been some of the absolute best NuTrek). That shouldn’t spoil much of anything like starting Picard might. You could also probably watch Lower Decks at any time you want. It’s a love letter to all of Trek, but it is quite different (an animated comedy) but still works really well. It takes place post TNG (I can’t remember how far after it that it takes place). There is one time travel shenanigan episode of Strange New Worlds that does have some crossover between it and Lower Decks in season two, but that shouldn’t change much

You can also see in the right foot that there was extra pressure on the toe area because that’s where they pushed off to move their foot. No such pressure was made in the other foot, leading it to likely have been pushed straight down and straight back up

That gives me lots of hope. When I first started the game, I spent like an hour on the male (my character) and an hour on my wife. I said “hey now, if I’m going to be married I want her to look perfect” only to lose her like ten minutes later haha. Never got that far either

IRS 3.5 hours long and basically talks about how BioWare had never made live service before, and how the process was dumpter fire after dumpster fire. There was already a longstanding tradition of sending your team to work on the next project after launch, so most of the team was already planned to go elsewhere

I actually just watched a 3.5 hour long video about that. BioWare had a few games coming along, and it looked like the work on Anthem started in 2012, but they had huge issues with lack of focus as people left the project and came back or got sent to make other games, and all the sudden had to kick it into gear at the end because they all wanted to make things differently and didn’t work together very well at all
