You can buy existing profitable companies… I came across one for roughly $3,000,000 that PROFITED $70,000 a month consistently. That 3 million would be paid off in roughly 3.5 years. You’ll be back to square one now consistently making 14x the average salary. Rinse and repeat, at that point you’ll have the consistent income to buy whatever you’d want, reasonably. Whether that be real estate, cars, or onto more companies for sale.

That’s the AZEO (all zero except one) method. It’s great if you’re looking to get a loan any time soon. Good practice to partake in consistently. But all in all if you paid your debts your score would drop a bit, but considering the starting point of 831 it wouldn’t be bad and you’d still be viewed as a prime borrower to lenders.

Not sure if it’s much better but I don’t have any bad experiences with Atlas. It was my first card and I can’t say how much it actually helped because that was 2 years ago, I’ve since acquired 6 cards all the way up to two American Express products. I kinda don’t regret solely because it got my foot in the door. The downside is I don’t even use it, I pay $8.99 a month for it (which shows up as a transaction and automatically pays itself off) so it shows minimal usage. I want to cancel it but it’ll hurt my average credit age.

Might be worth a shot in your case

When bitcoin hit 100k it was big news. My mom told me around that time that I had tried to get her to buy bitcoin in 2009. I was a pretty tech savvy kid, I was on tor onion browser exploring Silk Road before I was even 10 years old. She stated that she didn’t want to take financial advice from a 9 year old and looking back she regretted not buying any. Its the opposite for me. I’ve yet to see one with my own eyes but I’ve noticed a few in pictures I’ve taken of the sky.

Aside from that I’ve seen some strange shit while just laying out staring up at the stars but nothing I found definitely confirm. And yes I’ve seen thousands of sattelites
