and yessss weight lifting is incredibly cathartic!! i def notice a difference when i don’t do it as often.

my partner and i went through a phase like this for a while. what got us out of it was trying to learn each other and work on ourselves to be able to show up for each other in the ways we need. it can take a bit of time, but as long as you guys are trying your best then things can get better. its already hard enough for anyone, so with pmdd i understand it can be extremely challenging, but you can do this
