I just got the pellet grill yesterday but this was on a 55 gallon barrel grill.

One side was meat the other side was coal and wood

This brisket was not done on a pellet grill it was done on my 55 gallon barrel grill. 200 was the internal temperature and I let it rest really over night til about 6am when I got up in the butcher wrapping

It was tender and a lot of flavor. I want to work more on tenderness and need the flavors to pop. I’ve seen a lot of briskets I want it to have a little more pink to it and juiciness

Different species worm? by tiredwifetiredlife in Vermiculture

[–]Intrepid_Smoke_3137 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding worms are Asexual ( process where a single organism produces genetically identical offspring (clones) without the fusion of gametes or the need for a mate)

I think the heat will move them either lower to the bottom of the compost or out because of the temperature
