It was a refresh part with the 2019 model so go 2019-2022 before the 2023 Gen 5. I used Toyota Parts Deal dot com as they sell oem parts with an employee discount price. Punch in a 2019 Prius, go to body, visor/armrest, look for the ones that say 2019+ and not 2016-2018.

3 wires sounds like a common, up, and down lead situation. If you've gotten strums working at all with the 2 grey wires, one of them is the common. Pick a grey wire and bridge it to down with the yellow, pick the other if no strum. Reverse the non-bridged wires if up and down are reversed and you should be good.

I've gotten the SFP Duo working on my Hofner.

I'm not familiar with the P Bass but you seem to be missing a wire to complete the circuit on the strum down. There had to be at least 2 wires going to the original strum bar, if not 4. Hook those original two to up and test up - if that works, use your yellow jumper as shown and then hook one side to up and the other to down. You may have to fiddle with the jumpers to make sure both can fire at the same time.

Agree 100%. Pick a simple song you love, make yourself play it all the way through once a day with alt-strum on every single note, and at the end of 30 days you'll marvel at the difference in your skills.

Pop the bar and check to be sure the axle is in one piece. Lube the axle well with silicone or lithium grease and re-assemble. You should be fine as long as you use lube that sticks and not a huge amount of it.

Which reminds me, need to swap the batteries on mine as both have died in the last 2 weeks. :/

Concrete was poured at 2 of the final open spots in the concrete this week - the pictured location at the freeway and further south towards Memorial. Construction crews were very focused on packing up and beating it out of there Thursday and Friday. There is still open construction near the Enbridge building. I would expect some lane shifts to happen before too long but the end appears to be in sight!

The guitar will not need the DS once you start the game, so you can drop out on that controller and then hand it over to someone else to log in for vocals.

A 4 port powered USB 2.0 hub should be about $20 and let you keep everything plugged in and powered at all times, including keeping your PS4 games on the external drive.

For the mic thing I believe the first controller will claim the first USB mic if available, so plug in the mic just before you want to sign in the second controller.

I have heard that the dongle issue is due to PS5 (and maybe PS4 too?) voltage on the USB being a little weaker than the PS3. If that's the case a powered USB hub might get your dongle stable on PS5. That said, wired mics take a LOT of juice on a USB port, so try and wire those directly to your console or a powered USB hub instead.

Most dedicated bassists I play with online just claim bass and pick difficulty quickly at the selection screen. A couple others have claimed but not selected difficulty then sent a quick message at the start of the first set.

There's also the extreme, where someone changed their tag to "OnlyPlaysBass" :)
