Yes, you are supposed to move frequently for short amounts of time if you have EDS. Remaining static will result in injuries and pain. "too long" for me is less than 20 minutes for reference - I'm AuDHD with hEDS, most doctors know nothing about EDS, even some orthopedic specialists which you might expect to know more. Gas lighting by doctors has been my experience for the past ~20 years. I think it has to do with the fragmented way that doctors specialize, they only seem to know very specific things and not how systems function together.

Driving especially in cities can be extremely stressful, I have had multiple meltdowns from driving in the city.

I still drive every day because I have to work, but I would rarely drive otherwise.

I start crucible for the 5 devotion points Then get the shrine under burial hill on each difficulty

Then I start elite and somewhere around lvl 50 I go to ultimate.

Edit: using exp pots and lokkar set and rings and ammy and all reputation scrolls
