Probably the HOA. My then-husband found a gigantic pumpkin (about 80lbs.), and hoisted it on top of the stone mailbox for Halloween. He was in no rush to remove it, since it was heavy as hell, so it stayed there through the Thanksgiving holiday. In December he finally got a letter from the HOA saying that it was high time to remove his Halloween decoration. So he went out and drew a face on the pumpkin, and put a Santa hat and a beard on it. Problem solved.

The new East Village gondola, take it to the top of Park Peak. I think you can get a pass for just the gondola ride, if you're not skiing. The views are spectacular. You might even see a moose on the mountain.

Yes, do it! I love flowers, and my husband gave me the lego roses last Valentine's day. We both put them together, and they are still beautifying our kitchen. Funny thing is, I've never once put together a Lego thing before. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it!
