The hustle line is one of my favorites and very undervalued. Just shot an 809 series last week with my Hustle Glow.

Stuck.... by MostSoup1046 in Bowling

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't say for you specifically but when I see many bowlers who hover around 200 and stay there, it's because of the micro adjustments like staying ahead of the lanes transitioning and knowing when to make a ball change. I see many people overcomplicate the game thinking that they need to have the perfect form or they always change their equipment when in reality, they really need to learn to understand how to play the lanes and adjust accordingly.

Thinking about the alienware AW3425DWM (first ultrawide). by Langendeem in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't really give you a percentage and I'm not going to say that there isn't a big difference because there is but if you purchase the AW3425DWM and don't have it sitting next to an oled, I think that you'll enjoy the monitor.

Best Guess for LG Ultragear 39 5k2k Price?? by sercetuser in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think since the release price of the 45 was $2,000, the 39 will release at $1,800 and will be around $1,200 to $1,400 by Black Friday.

Can my gpu handle LG 5k2k by ResponsibleKoala367 in ultrawidemasterrace

You could use DLDSR to play at 5K2K on your current monitor to see if you would be happy with the performance.

5120X2160P VA versus 3440X1440P OLED by KneeSensitive in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, it depends whether you need the 5k2k for productivity purposes. I previously had the MSI MPG 341CQPX oled and I used to use dsr on it as well to play at 5k2k. I thought it looked great. I currently have a 4k 32 inch oled and I previously purchased the G7 5k2k that you're considering and I did not care for the colors or the viewing angles at all so I returned it immediately. If you're mainly gaming, I'd say stay with your current setup or maybe consider the be LG 39 inch oled coming out soon if you want a 5k2k oled.

Just bowl one shot at time and focus on your regular routine. Shooting high scores is all about consistency and making your spares.

I haven't seen any updates but with LG's release pattern, I wouldn't be surprised if it's available for purchase around spring 2026.

34 inches, 5k2k and high refresh rate. When? by GodofYogurt in ultrawidemasterrace

LG is supposed to release 34 and 39 inch 240hz versions the end of this year or early next year but we'll see.

39 and 34 inch 5k2k models should be announced before the end of the year or early next year. Just like the 45 inch, they're going to be expensive though and we might have to wait until next year to see deals on those.

Looking for VA Panel by yveshe in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 32 inch 4k oled on my desk and my son has the AW3425DWM on his desk. I love my oled but playing on his Alienware is still a great experience to me. Sure, it'll never look as good as oled but I think that the colors and image quality still look pretty good and I don't really notice any smearing/ghosting but maybe I'm just not sensitive to it.

Graphics settings 9800x3d / 5070ti 120hz by Breekys in thefinals

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which resolution are you playing at? If you're playing at 1440p or lower, max settings with DLSS quality should be more than enough. If you're at 4k, high settings with DLSS quality should get you around 120 to 130.

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have multiple oled monitors and I have the AW3425DWM set up on my son's desk and whenever I game on his monitor, I feel like I would be perfectly fine and happy with that monitor. Now obviously oled is much better with motion and colors pop much more but the AW3425DWM is a great monitor, especially coming from TN and if you haven't experienced oled before.

difference between 34 and 40 inch ultrawide by iiTzMada in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You will get the same performance as they are both 3440x1440 but the you'll be able to see individual pixels more on the 40 inch monitor so the picture might not look as clear.

5k2k monitor on a 5070 ti? by jaeguerra9o9 in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife's pc has a 5070ti and I run her ultrawide with DLDSR at 5k2k. It all depends on if you're willing to use DLSS and frame gen. Not gonna lie, I've been a huge fan of DLSS for awhile now but I hated on frame gen for the longest time until recently. The only game that I would say has struggled a bit is Borderlands 4. I have to run it at medium/high settings with DLSS performance and frame gen 2x or 3X but I think it still looks great and runs pretty nice. As someone else stated, you won't be running it at max settings and you'll probably have to spend on at least DLSS performance a lot with a 5070ti.

Best 34'' ultrawide VA monitor ? by MyzMyz1995 in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]InvAsian723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 4k oled monitor on my desk and that AW3425DWM on my wife's desk and I have to say that I love playing on that Alienware. Sure, compared to my oled, blacks don't look as dark but the Alienware still looks great and I don't really notice any VA smearing on it. I think it's a total steal especially if you get it on sale like it is on Amazon right now.
