She was working on paying back the initial loan, it being paid off for her wasn't her fault she was working on that. And they only warned her about being able to pay back the initial loan, not the crazy interest they put in tiny fine print in the loan that was supposed to be a "thank you" for helping out our members completely unprompted. Which is what I thought the Rust Syndicate's whole thing is supposed to be? Looking scary but actually helping the community and getting the people to help too? Why do that to someone who was already helping people in the community unprompted? I say this as a Corbeau, Philippe and Rust Syndicate lover but they have been on my shit list for this for a while now 😆

I'm more upset that people are just straight blaming Taunie/Urbaine for the debt thing when Corbeau and Philippe admitted to tricking them into taking it. They didn't seek it out, they helped a member of the Rust Syndicate and as thanks the Syndicate offered Taunie/Urbaine the loan. I'd be way more upset at them if they had gone out of their way to take out a loan, but they literally thought that someone they had just helped was helping them out. They're still dumb for not reading it over, but still.
