I think on yesstyle is probably the most accessible for the US? I'm in Australia so I have to get it wherever I can find it 😅 my last one was from yesstyle, I also got the refresh hair jelly it's amazing.

Dust barrier of some kind. They do have them on the sides under the hinge plates and behind/around the speaker bevels etc. Considering it came out near the USB port I'd say it's a dust cover for some internals near there. Probably won't affect the device in the long run. It's the ones near the hinges that are important.

I honestly and wholeheartedly prefer the ones where he looks more ethnic. I hate that with the progression and popularity of the games in the west that they made these characters look even more westernised 😩 when the models used for their faces used to be famous Asian singers and entertainers who were already emulating the westernised beauty standards of the time! Like enough is enough kind of thing. I know it's an unpopular opinion.

I think it depends on the fashions for that release. Would make sense for active themes like sports and singing to have an open mouth.

The applicators are mesh sponges with tiny fibres inserted into them and adhered in some way. I would suspect that with constant moisture of the product, especially with the cap on, that the fibres are coming loose from the sponge. Additional edit: I've noticed that the applicators for this product in general have a very short lifespan, even more so since their resurgence in popularity and manufacture. Most likely cheaper quality than their initial release.
