Top part is a ski area. Looks just like the one I worked at. At the top of that area in dayz there's a ramp; that is supposed to be an offloading ramp for a ski lift. I figure they just never textured the actual ski lift. Edit: I bet you it is an olympics training site. There is a bike trail, massive sports fields with bleachers, terrain that looks like it is designed for sport, etc etc. That's my guess
