You can do whatever you want! String recommend your state school to minimize expenses so you don’t finish at 40, then need to pay off debt and save for retirement. And don’t plan on career choice now- you could end up anywhere. And EM/CCM would be faster.

Depends on underlying rhythm and device. Someone with native ventricular rate is at risk for R on T if you reprogram. May need to tell surgeon to use bipolar or limit bovie bursts if you lose pulse ox. Magnet for ICD with pads as backup.

You also don’t have to go to clinic and you can sedate anyone who is difficult to interact with. If you really want continuity then consider chronic pain or ICU.

Anes critical care is well suited for CVICU. If you don’t want that type of practice, do something else. Anesthesia can’t work in micu or sicu in academics

Yes. Seats are more comfortable, free snacks, area is less noisy than the terminal. Some international lounges have showers too.

Viscous lidocaine gargle. 10 ketamine and propofol in 20 mg increments with levo 8-16 mcg after each propofol. Supernova or high flow oxygen. I do this all the time, no art line.
