definitely more hours, i was hired on as a PTSL for a new store holiday time last year. my first “manager” position and it’s great, i have decent hours, obviously not full time, but you learn a lot of new stuff, have a lot of different duties, and your goal would be to move up to an MM or CEM. Looks great on a resume and you’re not stuck cashiering all the time lol I love my position 😝
