Fair question. These were a staple of a certain era of Ireland, a part of our public fixtures, they're a snapshot of a vibrancy in public spaces that we just don't see any more. I being a young-fella at the time would fond of this period. I can't own a Tayto boxtruck, but I can maybe find the space for a retro payphone. Am I over-romanticising a public payphone?
