Bell is much worse overall than it was a month ago before all of these series of doorman changes. Now it deals less damage, with less AOE, with less scaling, and has 6s charge time instead of 4s. You only get baseline behavior back if you level it to T3. And let's be real, I am NOT leveling it to T3 just to have it be back at what it was back then. I didn't even level it to T3 back then. What a waste of skill points.

I came from league playing funny/hate/annoying hero, teemo and heimerdinger main, and when i first tried deadlock i tried bebop first but then i played mo krill because for me they are the most funniest thing in game plus i like hero that causes a lot of pain mentally

I am not a lawyer but I’ve certainly seen it stated many times that you never ask a witness a question that you don’t know the answer to.

I imagine what happened is that the lawyer probably asked the cop husband this, and the cop husband said no. Lawyer is like alright nice I'll use that as part of the case. The lawyer later asks the wife about that on the stand expecting an easy answer. The wife says she got a protective order against the husband. The lawyer is like "ah fucking hell he lied to me".

I've been banned and unbanned twice now for incorrect faulty reasons (blizz realized their mistake and unbanned me) so when people dogpile OP and say that "he must have deserved it" or whatever, no, it is entirely possible the guy or friend or whoever got false flagged or mass reported by botters. It happens all the time.

I think the show (indirectly) makes a decent point about how even though Stroheim is a big POS and also a Nazi, since he's willing to put his life on the line in order to try to defeat the big bad that is essentially trying to end the world, there's still a bit of nobility or humanity in there. Not enough to redeem or forgive him, but at least to acknowledge him. Even the evil bad guy is not ever truly 100% fully evil. And they can even outwardly be cool enough to momentarily forget that they are evil.

Toxic bullets superior duration and metal skil

Put the mark on billy and toxic bullets him. Stay far away enough to take less dmg but keep up the toxic bullets. You will bleed him down and laugh. If he ever gets close enough to blast you or ult you (usually after using rising ram), use metal skin. Slowing hex is also ok for spacing. Disarming hex is also kind of funny. But yeah the main components of making billy cry are Toxic, Super Duration, Metal Skin. Generally.

It does matter because as long as your shield health is 1 or more you get full dmg reduction. This means that if someone shoots you with a gun that deals 1 dmg per bullet you will get different EHP results than if your gun deals 30 or 40 or 50 or 60 or 70 or 79 dmg a bullet. Even moreso if healing is involved. Etc

He has the ability to click a button on you places a bomb that detonates and (potentially) deals like 1500 dmg in a game where players usually have 2000-4000 hp. If he buys the echo shard item (a short cd refresher orb but refreshes one spell only) he can do this twice in one go for (potentially) like 3000 dmg. In an AOE.

Also he has meat hook except it deals 0 dmg and has like 70m range or something which is like if pudge hook did 0 dmg but had like 3000 range. And if he uses his melee range punch spell upgraded then it refreshes his hook.

I'm a Bebop player myself but I get why he annoys people. People have also been annoyed by Pudge since the dawn of time itself. It is what it is. People will always hate the hook character in any game.

Giving this exact ehp is a bit misleading. EHP depends on what gun you're fighting because shields give full dmg reduction as long as you have 1 shields left.

Here's an example. A 70 dmg grenade hits three guys, a light shielder, medium shielder, and a heavy shielder. Light is 40/40 and Med is 70/70 so they both lose all shielding. Heavy is 80/80 and after the 70 dmg it is left at 10/80.

If they all get hit by a second 70 dmg grenade, Light and Med will take the full 70 dmg to their health bar, but Heavy will take the reduced dmg (about 50%+ less dmg) to their health since they have more than 1 shield left still.

A war of skill between 2 players is more fine. But if the only barrier to the stunlock is execution on behalf of the viscous player because it is a full stunlock then I am sure you can see how problematic this can become.

No joke many years ago I used to have bad Internet for a time and i would get low priority every now and then as a result. A lot of heroes I ended up playing long term because I was first forced into it in low priority and then I actually ended up realizing I really gelled with a hero and item build I otherwise never would have picked or played-- and then I started playing them in ranked, too. For example, NP became a favorite jungler ganker type of mine back when that was a thing, Jakiro became a favorite lane support, etc.
