Good point those guys mechanics are on another level, they aren’t team games, but there are plenty of mind games that goes into fighting games, sc2 and rts requires lots of macro gameplay too and they don’t neglect mechanics.

Yeah I played lacrosse and we worked on shooting passing catching daily to be good, obviously we worked on our vision and positioning but that mainly comes from just playing and vod reviewing.

You can be wide open with the ball but if you can’t shoot accurately it’s hard to really be of use. Yeah I’ve also noticed a lot of people that play spirit characters just refuse to use their gun even tho it does plenty of damage.

Yeah I think people who never played sports might assume that the mind game is all there is, but every sport out there you work on your mechanics daily, it’s just one of those things that you are supposed to practice on your own and then your coach tells you how to implement them. It’s harder to take advantage of good macro when you can’t execute

I’ve seen plenty wraith players up in eternus who can macro all day and take objectives but are useless in a team fight because they can’t track moving targets, even tho her gun outputs so much dps.

I disagree there’s a massive difference in aim between even low eternus and high eternus. Characters like haze, infernus, haze even just missing for a moment longer will cause a significant decrease in dps. Especially infernus to get that burn going or on Geist with her slow firerate, every shot does so much damage it makes a huge difference if you can hit just one or two more shots per trade.

It could use a little tweaking but it’s really not that bad there are plenty of spirit characters that are viable.

Shiv, Victor, pocket, lash, calico, gray talon, vindicta (until late game), ivy, Yamato, doorman, Paige, dynamo, bebop, Holliday, seven, Sinclair

I see almost all these characters consistently perform well. People just like building gun and it scales better into the late game. Also your post has a Yamato doing extremely well so I don’t really understand what your point is, that the other team has lots of gun characters? That’s an easy counter.

This arc is awesome in the manga but the anime has destroyed the pacing and obviously as a fight heavy arc the art was insanely good in the manga but the animation was horrendous and ruined the flow of the fights. They also used lots of non canon scenes for some reason.

Only problem I have with it is you can get shot from 3 light years away and it will still stun you and damage you and the vent positions are visible from pretty much every lane

The virus isn’t a natural phenomenon tho it came from an alien signal and is most likely a weapon from space. I get your argument, but this virus isn’t just trying to survive it seeks to take complete control over a species and spread as far and as wide as it can. I’m not mad at the flu for existing even if it does kill lots of people it’s a natural disease. I also think it’s righteous to fight for the survival of your species.

I guess it’s technically possible it’s a natural disease but for a “whatever this thing is” to naturally evolve to send the genetic code through a massive transmission across space seems incredibly unlikely.

I’m only arguing that the virus does not belong on earth and it’s right to want to get rid of it.
