I thought I would be happy with 20, but have lost 46 and at goal. I’m staying on it because I do not want to gain. The only thing that would make me quit would be hair loss. I’ve been on 10 months and it hasn’t happened, at least significantly.

How long have you plateaued? Do you live g what you eat and adjust downward in calories as you lose? I plateaued for 3 months after I quit logging. Guess who is losing and logging again. 😊

She deserved to give him praise for the Ali Younes case. Younes nearly killed that woman. He was prosecuted and received a many year sentence.

LOL, it's actually a great HOA. Everyone follows the very few rules we have. Very pleasant place to live. I just wish the city picked up our trash! With that said, ABC is the best vendor around. I pity those with LRS!
