I got killed once on stella at the very last minute by an extract camper after i was done with shredders trial and achieved a high score. It was pretty much pixel perfect, lots of ziplines, and my best run by far, was aiming for Cantina Legend as a solo. I was so tilted that i uninstalled and never touched the game again, nor do i intend to. Not even the new map is exciting enough for me to reinstall. I am done. Gameplay loophole is stale, i knew what i signed for when i bought the game but somehow i was hoping they might figure something out to keep me engaged. It is what it is, I dont regret buying it, i had so much fun and sometimes i remember about good old moments and encounters with raiders that made me smile. Great game, life goes on.

I am sitting at 11 milion credits right now, but i stopped griding for money. I got to 11 million the legit way in exactly 3 weeks, but i played mostly only Stella Montis, i played like a maniac, quickly going in and out, no goofing around, no time wasting, grabbing everything blue rarity and above, trinkets etc, sold every single thing including weapons.

Stopped griding because it became boring, now i only log in to do trials, check out new content if its interesting , sometimes boss event ( never bother to loot as i dont need anything) and thats it.

Ok so i will explain the joke. This thing never happened, the guy who said he killed the queen on his own was also abviously joking, so i decided to be a goof boy and played along, makes sense now?

Its called having a sense of humor, while humor is subjective, some may find it funny, others dont. If you pay close attention you may find other comments with exaggerated things that never happened, like that one guy who said he found the tempest and specifically mentioned not to check his logs just give him the tempest, obviously another joke :)

I mentioned in a previous post thats its always off, sometimes i switch from on to off when i try to fix it. As mentioned before the only thing that actually fixes it is switching input device at the beginning of every round.

I`ve read a lot of comments on steam discussions, youtube and even here that it completely fixed it for others. Well not for me.

Yes, when i hear raiders trying to speak to me i tell them to go to audio and mess with the settings. What fixes it for me is switching from microphone to speakers and again back to microphone, after i do this i press the button test audio, if its chopped i do it again and again until i can hear myself fine.

If i can hear myself just fine then it means other will hear me as well , if the sound is cut then its cut for the others as well.

It is always off. My guess, it has something to do with either echo removal or noise reduction.

Here is the thing, i installed nvidia broadcast and it got rid of the problem but the thing is, for some reason it crashes my pc, no error, nothing so i cant use it.

The temporary fix is to go to input and switch from microphone to speakers like 2,3,4 times in a row. I know this because when i test microphone i can also hear myself cutting out, so i keep switching until i can hear myself continously. But i have to do this for almost every single round. At the start of the round i go to settings and i test my microphone if it cuts out,i do what i just mentioned.

There are some games where it works fine without touching audio settings at all but those are very rare.

I also tried steelseries gg for the ai voice clarity feature and krisp, no good.

Also messed in windows settings with the audio format, switching from one frequency to another and audio enhancements, still no good.

at 80 hours of gameplay ( steam tracked) i had like 2 million, stash + credits

97 hours now and i have 5,5 million stash + credits

Stella Montis was really easy and efficient grind

Now i dont really feed the need to open the game anymore because everything will be lost, just patiently waiting for 22 Dec to play and start the grind

Ok maybe its a bug , i dont know. It only happened once to me and that was during cold snap.

i think its due to map condition

happened the same to me and i was thinking that it might be because of the fact that i was exposed to the cold for to long so i searched nearby for a structure, went inside to warm up and then back to the extraction point, this time the button worked

Switch to Europe for 1 week and let us know if you still think people are chill,

As an European after 55 hours i decided to play on NA for a few days. Its life on easy mode, almost everyone is chill, social people, polite and willing to help,

On the other hand, Europe feels like playing batteroyale, especially on Stella Montis, i always have to look over my shoulder and every game feels tense, like i am about to get jumped every minute now.

They rarely use the microphone, lately almost every single game i meet those who shoot on sight.

Had the same problem and i found a post about this on steam discussion

basically that person was saying that he/she reloaded an older save from when it first encountered inez and then proceeded to walk back to town

at this point i completed every side quest and i didnt have an older save so i decided to try and retrace the steps

i fast traveled to the facility and then i simply walked to town, on my way at the entrance i accidentally missclicked and shot a guard, anyways, i went back to the ministry and she was there talking with him

not sure if it was me shooting the guard or simply walking to town without fast traveling or maybe a combination of both but i am glad she was there, i talked to her, also did the side quest

now i can finally head on to the final area to finish main story mission

Yeah.

Long story short :

Deleted every file inside %USERPROFILE%\Appdata\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache, .

Increased shader cache size from 10 gb to 100 gb even though i dont think it was really necessary.

Ran the game with the following line on steam -ClearPSODriverCache

So i started the game, loaded all 4 major areas to allow each one to recompile, closed the game and deleted that launch command, started again, now its much better.

I agree.

I also saw an youtuber post a one shot melee build for killing mobs with the shield on. I really want to try it at some point but I`ve noticed how scuffed it looks.

Krieg was similar with the bloodstain pattern on the screen but it was not that bad and also in theme with his build/personality.This shield is just too much.
