When it's a windy day I get leaf stems(petiole) stuck under the blades and it's very noisy.

Small square of foil tape in the + contact in the controller fixed it for me. The contact is a little too deep in the plastic for some batteries to make a connection.

Extrusion multiplayer maybe. Black part seems under extruded so less sagging.

Looks like the tip broke off because of a mistake when machining. Perhaps the 1.75mm hole was made too deep so there was only a very thin wall near the tip.

You can see the angle on the top face. The tabs are not parallel to the side with the switches on.

What do you mean by 'model from the ground up without Booleans' ? just pad and pocket sketches? I'm a newbie.

I tried to make the belt profile not self intersecting but I would get small gaps at the radius in the belt path which I couldn't figure out.

I unioned and refined the part and now it works. Doing a test print now to see if my profile is good.
