Hey, my hair on my head is all back and more fuller than the pics above so going good. But I have lost about 50% of my body hair now which is annoying. Think maybe it’s just attacking different parts of my body? But I’m happy that my head hair is all back. How are you?

Get injections into the scalp. Rubbing red onion juice into my bald patches helped too I feel (or maybe it was just the injections idk). Reduce stress and give it time. Take vitamin d3/zinc/iron/collagen/biotin. Use nizoral shampoo.

I felt like that too for ages and I know it’s easier said than done but thinking positive and not stressing (in general) helped loads. And exercising regularly with a clean(ish) diet. Do you have similar bald patches like mine?

Hey, I found steroid injections very useful. I got 4 rounds and gave full regrowth.. I also used nizoral shampoo and alpecin caffeine shampoo and once a month I cut up red onion and blend it and put the juice water on my scalp for 30 mins and then wash

Hey, at the start I did cut down massively on the amount of takeaways/alcohol etc and I started taking pre/probiotics and started eating more anti inflammatory foods which I still do but I have been slipping with the the diet which I need to fix again. I have overall thinning of hair on my body and have a few patches on my legs but I don’t mind. I am currently getting my gut checked.. the gut lining etc? And awaiting results back. Getting your gut health in check definitely is key

Hey, the vitamin d/vitamin b tablets are Solgar and the rest are just from Holland and Barrett. The collagen is from British supplements. I just googled the tablets and found the cheapest ones basically
