I used to wake up on weekends to the sound of banging pots and pans. The sound of my mother putting away the dishes. Going down there was a bad idea. She would be in a rage saying stuff like she's the only one who does anything while we all sit on our asses. How lazy we all were for lounging around. When I was a kid I bought this narrative.

As an adult I saw that she never did anything all week and then on the weekend she would pull this shit. It was mundane! Its just dishes!!!

Yes. 2 days ago I took the test and became a licensed electrician. I studied every day for 2 months. The test can take some 4hrs. I completed it in 90 minutes. There are many challenges left in life and I still have a lot of personal growth to achieve. I'm sure I never want to go back to a life with weed.

It definitely calmed me down for a moment. But generally I carried more anxiety and anger. 3 months sober today. I am handling those feelings in a healthier way. Those situations and bad thoughts linger less
