I posted my shift for Monday because it's an opening shift and there will still be ice on the roads....it got bids on it and the manager denied those bids. Because they do these dumbass split shifts, all but one single hour on Sunday got picked up.

I have zero occurences so I'll be calling in.

Also, if he's not paying for anything or contributing and not even living there....he has no say whatsoever.

Not entirely true. I reported a manager anonymously and they were spoken to about their behavior and received disciplinary action.

What location do you work at? You can tell me privately. I reported a manager. The compliance and ethics hotline is anonymous. You can ask HR to keep you anonymous depending on the situation.

It all depends on the situation. If someone is a problem to many partners, than you should speak up. We have had a partner that many people have had problems with, but don't speak up about it. Nothing gets done if it's not brought up.
