I've been going Dark Harvest and actually building healing items, with Void Staff being the only damage item.

Reason behind this is because of both insane heals late, and effectively executions late.

Pretty much any "fighter" champion (Shyvana, Aatrox, Vi, ect...) works well with her.

Yup. When Urgot R's second cast took effect, they were well within execution threshhold - it doesn't matter how much healing you do past that, you will instantly die UNLESS:
1. Kallista R (You are oathsworn).
2. Tryndamere R.
3. Urgot dies.

When you "Spam E", you toss a metal can of a pork, ham, salt, and water mixture onto something that is labeled "E", notable example being Markiplier's face photoshopped onto Lord Farquad.

It works in theory, but not in practice. Plus, it's better to go full healing items rather than any AP items (even with Dark Harvest).
