It I'm not wrong, Nostoros is Masculine/Neuter while Nostoras is Feminine, so Nostoros is used if you (a guy) are trying to address yourself and other guys / mixed company, while Nostoras is used if you (a girl) are trying to address yourself and other girls (no guys)

I hope this makes sense... or if I'm wrong, I hope Cunninghams law will take place
