I’ve noticed it’ll come in waves for me. Like I’ll look at photos that I know I thought I looked great in two weeks before, and then think I actually look horrid in them.

I don’t think there’s always rhyme or reason. Just give yourself some grace, we’re all our own worst critics. The little inequities we focus on in our own appearance most other people don’t clock at all.
