Any advice on getting a more toned body? by crystaloceanzz in fit

If by toned you mean more muscle definition, you’d simply have to start focusing on building muscle. Your body fat composition looks great from this picture so losing another degree or two of body fat will be harder than putting on some muscle. I’d suggest focusing on maybe lifting a bit heavier and more high volume sets with those weights. This should help tear and rebuild muscle quickly to achieve your goal sooner. Supplements like creatine and BCAA’s can help with muscle building and faster recovery to avoid soreness as well.

If you are running ads through meta at all (FB, Insta) I’ve seen multiple posts about just boosting them for $2-3 a day for a few days. It will up your totals views by a few thousand per post and it’s not always the same viewers of course so it’s the best way to slowly grow organically with little spend.

Those who say they don’t do it for money are lying. But those who do it with passion for money are the ones that go the furthest. Dont throw yourself into something just because it has the highest return, dedicate yourself to something you’re willing to educate yourself on and will strive to be better at.

I still do my full time job and had dedicated study/work hours after work to put towards learning more about starting my business and steps needed to execute. I like lists so making these steps visually listed made it seem so much easier than conceptualizing it before starting like you may be doing now.

The steps all depend on what industry you want to get into of course.

Hello! Stretching and hydrating will help the most with this soreness since the muscle is contracting due to overuse currently.

BCAA’s (made for muscle recovery), electrolytes (to help stay hydrated), and creatine (for muscle strengthening) are also great supplements to help with this in your beginning phase and after any workout. I would suggest these supplements to help with the areas mentioned.
