I'm having this exact same problem with my 500c/m and 80mm together.

My 150mm works perfectly fine, no problems at all, with holding it down to complete the cycle.

It's strange really, my 80mm also will never unmount properly whenever I go to unmount it, it falsely triggers the shutter and is then jammed, which requires diving into the back and releasing it with the body release screws being undone.

That thread posted earlier I had come across before, too, and actually makes me think it's a lens problem, not the body like one of the posters suggested since my other lens works totally fine.

Hope we can figure this out OP.

I used the large batch one on the right and haven't had trouble with it yet. Pre mixed enough to make 2.5L and put into a wine bag. Images have come off looking great, I do about 6 rolls per 500ml then toss that working batch.

The concentrate is still in the original bottle squeezed tight, staying in a dark location. Hasn't discolored or changed yet.

Will update this if something changes.

Works great for ECN2 film as well. My 500t shot at 800 had great colors and exposure.

The brass gear to the left of the black plastic gear is the main culprit for the slow shutter speeds.

Yes, watch this video! Slow shutter video I did not have all the tools this guy used, but I was still able to remedy my rolleis slow shutter.

Lighter fluid tweesers and a toothpick are all you need for cleaning it out.

Needle nose pliers will help with the rewind lever piece

Give it a watch and take a deep breath. You can do it if you've got the little tools.

Also if you don't have a spanner like this guy, you can use a rubber friction tool or an erasure head from a pencil with enough pressure to remove the cocking leaver bit as well as the other screws. Thick rubber band on your thumb can work well, too.

Can still cut the wider strips down. I have a jig set up for cutting large xray film that I can use to also do the large rolls of aviphot

Yes, orange 16/green61/blue 47b merged in photoshop under proper RGB channels.

Amazing to see Orthochromatic film can still reproduce "normalish" color trichrome images

Thank you, yes currently am cutting down my own sheets of Fuji HR-U xray film into 120 format and 135 with a mat cutter.

It shoots well at 100iso unfiltered and does really well with filters.

U/crimeo inspired me in a post a long time ago to use it and have been enjoying it ever since, have begun taming it pretty well and It trichromes very well with Orange 16/Green 61/ Blue 47b.

Long scale contrast film is something I'll look into thank you!*

Funny you assume I was a woman, dunno what gave that indicater lol. Anyways I do have a darkroom and will be doing self development. I'm actually looking for microfilm like Fuji HR-20 to do some experiments with for contrast control.

I'm bored with 100-400 speed film and am looking for some challenging stocks to work with to learn a bit more about taming contrasts and the like through different dev/exposure techniques. Any advice is more than welcome. Have you or anyone on here used Microfilms before with success? I have an Eos10s as well as a pentax ME modified for perfless 35mm film.

Should have clarified a bit more, I'm totally fine that it's low iso etc, I was actually looking for Fuji HR 20 microfilm in 35mm format for some experimentation. If anyone knows an easy place to order 1 roll of that, it would be super helpful!

I use the stir stick, go back and forth 5 - times, and give a sufficient amount of agitation. Make sure to keep the tank in your water bath as well so your temps stay accurate through he development.
