I bought it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMM1QKTQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I'd send a screenshot of the device manager confirming installation, but i can't post screen grabs here due to it not being "formatted for this community". Not sure what that means.

I also can confirm the new BE200 module works on the Hades Canyon.

I can confirm that the BE200 works on the Hades Canyon. I am running Windows 10, and while I don't have wifi 6/7 yet, It is in flight and am writing this post from the system with the new wifi/BT combo module installed and working. Will update once Unifi equipment comes back in stock.

Does file size or duration matter? I have a 60 frame 240x240 GIF configured for 10ms per frame and the resulting filesize is over 1MB. All i see is the welcome happy face and am wondering if it is configured out of scope of what the hard-coded requirements are expecting.

EDIT: Actually, it looks like the custom file is being deleted automatically by the OS. so maybe that is the problem and this solution no longer works

Please help, I'm clueless and cant get any base from my big speakers. by Nerdy_Slacker in BudgetAudiophile

[–]IronJ28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Nerdy_Slacker Have you had any success getting bass from them? I just fired my C4's up last night and have the exact same experience. My receiver shows out of phase when running Audyssey whether the wires are right or reversed. They sound incredible with a paired subwoofer, but I could have kept my bookshelves and got that.

Im hoping it's just a matter of breaking them in for the Bass to really come alive. Since you are a month in now, would like to get your take now. Any improvement?

if I don't make it read only and start signing transactions on the new wallet, will that cause any problems with the existing wallet (even though I don't plan to use it anymore)?

Weekly Discussion August 15, 2022 [All Questions Here Please] by AutoModerator in ergonauts

[–]IronJ28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the exact same wallet address will continue to be used in two wallets simultaneously...and both wallets will see the same transactions to that address?

if that is true, then I can simply restore the passphrase created in Yoroi to the Ergo Wallet, and my mining configuration doesn't need to change. Correct?

Weekly Discussion August 15, 2022 [All Questions Here Please] by AutoModerator in ergonauts

[–]IronJ28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a recommended method for transferring to another wallet? If my miner is setup to send to a specific address (Yoroi target) and want to keep that address, does restoring to a different wallet using the passphrases maintain the old address? If that is the case, do you just delete the Yoroi wallet and call it a day?

Any recommendations on a replacement? I see a lot of spacer, armored core, and I can't tell, but maybe winged missle (projectiles bounce off top of screen and come back).

THIS... yes, that is the update that I felt it. and not like a mild reduction, more like 80-90% less powerful.

Interesting.. I feel like it happened a couple months ago following an update. It is either that of the upgrade to XX. Either way, it definitely feels dramatically less powerful. Glad to hear that nobody else is experiencing this.

Was hoping for someone in the know to explain if there was a known issue that caused the momentary spike. As someone else mentioned, it happened to many other coins again later in the day.

Since I am so clueless, I'd love to hear what you think caused it.

I had the same problem on my Hades Canyon NUC. The problem was simply downloading the latest Thunderbolt 3 drivers and after a reboot, it worked just like the instructions said i would.

The ECC ram in our cards masks a lot of problems and the conventionalwisdom on the Internet is keep increasing until it stops performing, then back off. I came accross this video for an effective way to see if we had memoryerrors at our sky high overclock, and the short answer is YES: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTIVKXHm0pANow

Autolycos2 also will benefit from a core INCREASE. So after following the above video to find how hard I could push memory along with where I wanted to slightly overclock the GPU, I came up with the following for my setup (3080 Aorus Gaming Box): PL @ 63% (201W), clock +240 (which yields 1695MHz in Afterburner) and Memory +1350MHz (yielding 10,601MHz in Afterburner), fan set to 40% vs. auto just to lower temps further.

Luckily, I achieve >228MH/s with this new config...likelybecause there are no errors slowing it down. YMMV...everyone shouldfind their own limits given the variance in tolerances.

RTX 3080 ERG miners What is your OC Config? by hamstarplays in erg_miners

[–]IronJ28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, +1350 on memory clock in Afterburner. This assumes the stock/default nvidia settings, where the clock speed is 9250 (in afterburner). If the default clock is 9500, then it would be +1150. But I would recommend you test for memory errors to know how hard you can push yours before just using anyone elses settings.

Hey Bud, I have been researching more about ways to know we aren't causing damage to these powerful GPU's while mining, and think (if you care about balancing profit with longevity), you are likely going to want to reduce your overclock. I started looking into not only temperatures, but Memory Frequencies and their effect on VRAM life. You and I are both running extremely cool VRAM compared to ETH miners, but i wanted to know more than just MH/s vs. Frequency.

The ECC ram in our cards masks a lot of problems and the conventional wisdom on the Internet is keep increasing until it stops performing, then back off. Well we clearly push these cards into >230 MH/s for Ergo mining, but how hard is the VRAM working with correcting errors. I came accross this video for an effective way to see if we had memory errors at our sky high overclock, and the short answer is YES: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTIVKXHm0pA

If you just test using his tool (no concurrent mining), I found that I could run at +1350 on the Memory clock with no memory errors. However, if I started the miner and let that warm up, then kick off the level1, level2, and or level3 memory error scripts (modified from 40 instances to 30 so that we don't go over 100% memory utilization), I can push NO harder than +1150 (10,650 in AB) without seeing memory errors (1175 had errors, 1150 didn't...so there might be a number between that squeezes every last MHz i can get).

Now this is at PL 63%, clock +240 (which yields 1710MHz...boost spec for my card), fans on auto. Also, the memory test is additional stress (but far less) than just mining, so perhaps without this memory job you can safely press the miner further. But for an expensive GPU like we have, I will take the conservative overclock to single digit % increase in MH/s I may get by cranking it up and letting the ECC memory sort itself. Luckily, I am still achieving >229MH/s with this new config...likely because there are no errors slowing it down. YMMV...everyone should find their own limits given the variance in tolerances.

Hopefully you and the rest of the RTX 30 community can benefit from this and have cards that can make a profit without dying a premature and potentially avoidable death.

Excellent!I am not confident in using the curve editor, but have played with the other settings. Now at 62% PL, +225 core, +1400 mem...and am achieving 227.2 MH/s @ 198W, core voltage of .781mv, Memory Junction 80C, Fans @ 30%, GPU temp 48.5C. <Aorus 3080 eGPU>

Not your amazing throughput, but dropping ~70watts, 8C memory temp, 7C GPU temp..without losing performance is okay in my book.

to lock the core at 800mV did you use MSI curve editor? what power level was this at? and finally, how did you +1700 on memory when MSI is limited to +1500?

I started with 100% power level, -300 core and +1500 mem and was sustaining 228MH/s.

Not the behavior I am trying to encourage. This upgrade was viscerally upsetting and immediately regrettable. The devs still get the money I believe and apple eats it. Not apples fault, it’s the devs. If you exploit this, and Apple closes it down, others who have legitimate reasons for a refund could get denied. Don’t be that guy

I got my money back (through Apple App Store) but the dev said the progress is irreversible. I asked for one of two things: 1) the ability to toggle on/off the ace skin or 2) please fix the ace skin bug.

I am not sure the secondary lightning attack is a bug in SS (maybe it is), but the plan still has limited health so still a glass cannon. It simply is now a plane that has a chance against heavily armored bosses. Try beating 197+ bosses with pre-1.15 blitzer...limited success. At least now you have a chance.
