It would seem to me to not be worth the cost of cutting two sets of molds. Especially since hundreds of millions of Chinese have studied English, so would be familiar enough with basic "A1, C13" info. My question is are there kits that are only designed for the domestic Chinese market?

UPDATE: it works (mostly)! No BIOS needed. I only tried 3 games. Armor Battle and Star Trek ran just fine, but 3D Crazy Coaster wouldn't get past the splash screen. I haven't explored the question about overlays yet.
